A Special Awareness Session on Cyber Security

The N.S.S Unit of Loreto College organised a special awareness session on Cyber Security for the first year students on 21 August 2025 as part of the Deeksharambh Initiatives. The session was held in association with Shakespeare Sarani Police Station and Cyber Cell, South Division. Sergeant Suvankar Chakraborty, OC SOG and Cyber Cell, South Division Offered a detailed presentation on the various kinds of cyber crime outlining certain safeguards that can be adopted to prevent untoward incidents in digital spaces and social media handles. He also shared the steps to be taken if one has been subjected to cyber crime. The students actively participated in the interactive session.
