Loreto College Staff Picnic
Loreto College organized a Staff Picnic on December 22, 2025, at Pujali, Gandhi Ghat, Budge Budge, with the objective of fostering collegiality, promoting staff well-being, and strengthening interpersonal relationships among teaching, non-teaching staff and retired faculty members.
The picnic provided a relaxed and inclusive platform for faculty members and administrative staff to interact beyond the formal academic environment. The scenic riverside location contributed to a refreshing atmosphere, encouraging informal interactions, team bonding, and mutual appreciation among staff members.
A series of recreational activities, group interactions, and shared meals were organized, ensuring active participation from all attendees. The event facilitated stress relief, enhanced morale, and reinforced a sense of institutional belonging and teamwork. Such initiatives contribute positively to creating a harmonious and motivated work culture within the institution. The College looks forward to many such gatherings in the future that continue to foster connection, camaraderie, and a shared sense of belonging.
