Bharat Tirtha Wall Magazine Brings Tagore's Vision to Life at Loreto College

The Indian Knowledge Systems Committee of Loreto College inaugurated its Wall Magazine, "Bharat Tirtha: Ancient Roots, Tagore's Vision", on 8th August 2025. Showcasing essays, poems, and art inspired by Rabindranath Tagore, the display celebrates India's cultural heritage and the harmonious blending of tradition with modern thought.

The Wall Magazine, beautifully designed and crafted by the students of the Art and Craft Society, was inaugurated in the presence of Dr. Amrita Dasgupta (IQAC Coordinator), Dr. Anindita Bandyopadhyay (Senior Faculty Member, Department of History), Dr. Sukanya Dasgupta (Head, Department of English), Dr. Satyabrota Kundu (Coordinator, Indian Knowledge Systems Committee), Dr. Soumya Dutta (Member, Indian Knowledge Systems Committee) and students of the Art and Craft Society.

A special highlight of the day was an interactive session between Mr. Harshvardhan Neotia and Dr. Sukanya Dasgupta during which he shared valuable insights on the relevance of Tagore's vision for entrepreneurship in the contemporary world.
