Leadership Training Camp 2025

The Leadership Training Service (LTS) Society of Loreto College successfully conducted its Leadership Training Camp on April 29th, 2025. The session, was held from 1:45 PM to 3:45 PM in the college auditorium. The program had various segments, thoughtfully designed by Father John Rogers , the LTS Promoter for South Asia. It saw the enthusiastic participation of 28 students, along with the gracious presence of staff advisors.

The camp commenced with an opening ceremony comprising an initial address, a short prayer led by one of the participants, and a welcome speech. Fr John Rogers, delivered the inaugural session on the significance of the LTS in shaping lives and offered a comprehensive introduction to the values and mission of the society.

Following this, two distinguished alumnae of Loreto College and former LTS members, Hiya Rajda and Sakshi Rajak, shared heartfelt reflections on their journeys with the LTS, highlighting its lasting impact on their personal and professional lives. Their sessions were both inspiring and relatable for the current batch of participants.

A key highlight of the camp was Fr John's interactive session, "A Glimpse of Leadership Training in the LTS", which engaged students in active discussion and reflection. His concluding evaluation session encouraged participation from both office bearers and newcomers, who shared their learning and experience in LTS.

The camp concluded with a formal closing ceremony, a message from the staff advisor, a vote of thanks, and a closing prayer. Certificates will be issued to all the participants by Father John Rogers through the LTS Centre.

The Leadership Training Camp 2025 proved to be a meaningful platform for student development, reflection, and inspiration, reinforcing the LTS Society's commitment to nurturing values-based leadership.
