Dr. Ranjita Dawn, attended Explore: Leadership Development for Mid-Career roles in Academia at Christ University, Kengeri Campus, Bangalore from July 09-11, 2025. The sessions offered valuable insights into critical areas such as understanding the Organisational Culture, our strengths through Gallup Talents Report, leadership styles, psychological safety, group dynamics, and the integration of emerging AI tools in academia. Each session was thoughtfully designed to balance theoretical concepts with practical application�through movies, real-life case discussions, interactive games, and group activities that helped translate learning into action.
