Visit to the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) Kristu Jayanti College (Autonomous),Bengaluru
Dr. Ranjita Dawn, Assistant Professor and Member of IQAC, Loreto College, Kolkata visited the Networking Session on Quality Sustenance organized by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Kristu Jayanti College, Bengaluru on July 08, 2025. The purpose of the visit was to understand the quality assurance mechanisms, best practices, and innovative strategies adopted by the institution to enhance academic and administrative performance. Interaction with the IQAC coordinator Dr. Ramya B. Senthil and her team enabled greater insights.
Key Observations and discussions centered around strategic planning, innovative practices such as Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), ICT integration, stakeholder involvement, documentation data management, community engagement, research and publications, with in-house research journals and capacity building programs for both faculty and students. The visit provided valuable insights into robust IQAC practices that contribute to sustained academic excellence that will play a significant role in formulation and execution of quality benchmarks, institutional preparation for NAAC and NIRF and integration of quality culture across departments.
