Being GenZ

Being GenZ was held on 29th April 2025 from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. in Room 207. The event was organized by the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Society of Loreto College as part of its interdepartmental engagement initiatives. It brought together students from six departments-English, Economics, Education, History, Psychology, and English PG-for a light-hearted yet insightful look into the Gen Z identity.

The event was graced by the presence of Ms. Chandrani Sengupta, Dr. Satyabrota Kundu, and Ms. Chinmoyee Ray, who also served as faculty support throughout the program.

Being GenZ consisted of a series of fun, quiz-style segments with rounds like "Guess Who Tweeted?", "Guess the Full Form," and other quirky, interactive formats. Participants from different years and departments showcased a dynamic mix of wit, pop culture awareness, and creativity.

The event successfully fostered unity among participants across years and departments. Students not only competed but also connected over shared generational experiences, reinforcing the spirit of community within the college.

The event ran smoothly and was appreciated for its interactive format and inclusive spirit. It provided a refreshing break from academic routines and offered a platform for students to engage, express, and enjoy.
