Christmas Pageant 2023

On December 22, 2023, the AICUF Society of Loreto College, Kolkata, in collaboration with the Dramatics Society and the Art and Craft Society, organized the annual Christmas Pageant. The Christmas Pageant has long been a cherished tradition of the institution, bringing together sisters of the community, faculty, and students. The event was a grand celebration that invited all attendees to revel in the jubilant aura of the festive season.

The pageant commenced with a heartwarming speech from the AICUF Society President that emphasized the significance of togetherness and sharing during the Christmas season. The angelic voices of the AICUF choir enchanted the audience with renditions of classic carols and contemporary Christmas melodies, spreading cheer and festive vibes. The theatrical segment of the pageant performed by the students featured an engaging skit that narrated tales of compassion, generosity, and the true meaning of Christmas.

The venue was adorned with enchanting Christmas decorations created by members of the Art and Craft Society, along with twinkling lights and a beautifully decorated crib. The ambience was magical, fostering a sense of joy and camaraderie among attendees. As part of the festivities, Santa Claus waltzed in from the North Pole with Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer, to the jingling of bells and the joyous cheers of all present.
