The Social Satire Slam

On October 9th, 2023, the Media Society of Loreto College organized a standup comedy event 'The Social Satire Slam' in the Media Lab. The event featured a diverse lineup of students from various departments, providing a balanced mix of various genres of humour. The performers brought a wide array of comedy styles, ensuring there was something for every taste. The event saw engaging performances by a third year student Shinjini Sarkar and Shruti Prasad, Vaijayanti Mukherjee and Akshiti Prasad of 2nd year. The event was a testament to the college’s commitment to provide a holistic educational experience that extends beyond classrooms.
