Political Science Society Event: 'The Party Project'

The Political Science Society conducted its first event for the session 2023–24 on October 5, 2023. The activity, which was entitled ‘The Party Project: Abki Baar Yuvaaon ki Sarkaar 2.0,’ was a political party making project. The participating teams were asked to create their own hypothetical political party, including a unique party logo and slogan not resembling those of any existing political party. They were also required to discuss their party manifesto in their presentations.

The competition involved six teams, each consisting of two members. The best teams were selected through a voting system that aimed to promote the democratic process in its true sense. Khizra Batool and Hafsa Jamal (Third Year) were declared the winners, while two teams tied for the second position: Akshiti Prasad and Ishika Gupta (Second Year), and Aliza Israr and Mashia Meher (First Year). All the participants displayed remarkable creativity, uniqueness, and enthusiasm.
