Certificate Award Ceremony for TCS YEP Course

Certificates were awarded to students for the completion of the TCS YEP online training programme on May 24, 2023. Chief Mentor of the programme, Ms Sarmishtam Mazumder, the Principal of Loreto College, Sr Dr Christine Coutinho and Academic and Administrative Officer, Mrs. Sharmila Mitra Deb gave out the certificates to the students.

TCS YEP, a comprehensive 100-hour online training programme, commenced on August 18, 2022 and concluded on November 5, 2022 with 30 students enrolling. Out of these 26 students successfully completed the course. This training programme was designed to help students develop their logical and analytical reasoning, numerical ability, verbal ability, interview preparation, corporate knowledge, computer skills and general etiquette & skills to make them employable.

The students spoke of the value of the training they received and shared their experiences. Swatilekha Mishra recounted her experience of clearing entry tests and interviews for both TCS (March 15, 2023 ) and Amazon (March 13, 2023). More trainees are expected to succeed in their search for employment as they near the end of their undergraduate studies.
