Good To Be Back: A Webtalk on Covid Protocols in Educational Institutions

As confusions loomed large over Covid protocols to be followed in the educational institutions with the reopening of schools and colleges after a 20-month closure, the NSS Society, in association with the Internal Quality Assurance Cell, Loreto College, Kolkata organized a web talk titled, "Good To Be Back: A Webtalk on Covid Protocols in Educational Institutions" on December 8, 2021. The speaker was Dr. Kunal Sarkar, Senior Vice Chairman, Director and Head of Cardiac Surgery at Medica Superspeciality Hospital. Dr. Sarkar’s eloquent exposition on the concerning issues which transcended disciplines was highly appreciated by the students and faculty attending the lecture. As a part of the informative session on safety guidelines to be followed in educational institutions, the eminent public health enthusiast addressed the queries of the students on best practices to survive the ominous challenge of wrestling with the unknown.
