LCIC orientation for First years
The Loreto College Incubation Centre (LCIC) organized its Orientation Programme for Semester I students on August 29, 2025 with full participation from the new batch. The session introduced students to the ethos of the Centre, its focus on innovation, social entrepreneurship, incubation, and accelerator support, and the diverse opportunities available to them.
A presentation by the LCIC team showcased the Centre's vision, goals, and deliverables, while an interactive discussion enabled students to share their interests and explore the possibilities of engagement. The atmosphere was lively, with first-year students responding positively and expressing enthusiasm for the initiatives.
The Teacher-in-Charge further inspired the gathering by underscoring the importance of creativity, leadership, and alternative career pathways, encouraging students to embrace the entrepreneurial spirit. The Orientation reflected the College's commitment to nurturing a culture of innovation and women's empowerment, and it established a strong foundation for the involvement of the new batch in LCIC activities.
